WHAT TO EXPECT YOUR FIRST TIME

  • Every tribe flows the same way. We meet rain, shine, snow, sweltering heat, and holidays. 

  • We start with a 30 minute rugged outdoor workout followed by a 30 minute real world devotion around the fire. 

  • Bring water and a readiness to push yourself outside of your comfort zone.

  • We have women of varying ages and fitness levels and you can modify difficulty based on your own limitations.

  • It’s time to get off the bench and into the game-NO EXCUSES

  • Can’t wait to see you around the fire!
