Join fellow tribeswomen every Thursday at 6:00 PM for a rugged outdoor workout & real-world devotion at Howertons Baptist Church
WHAT TO EXPECT YOUR FIRST TIME

Every tribe flows the same way. We meet rain, shine, snow, sweltering heat, and holidays.

We start with a 30 minute rugged outdoor workout followed by a 30 minute real world devotion around the fire.

Bring water and a readiness to push yourself outside of your comfort zone.

We have women of varying ages and fitness levels and you can modify difficulty based on your own limitations.

It’s time to get off the bench and into the game-NO EXCUSES
