Join fellow tribeswomen every Saturday at 8:30 AM for a rugged outdoor workout & real-world devotion at LCBC-York in York, PA.
WHAT TO EXPECT YOUR FIRST TIME

Every tribe flows the same way. We meet rain, shine, snow, sweltering heat, and holidays.

We start with a 30 minute rugged outdoor workout followed by a 30 minute real world devotion around the fire.

Bring water and a readiness to push yourself outside of your comfort zone.

We have women of varying ages and fitness levels and you can modify difficulty based on your own limitations.
