WOMEN'S ALLIANCE

Women's Alliance is redefining women's ministry
and what it means to belong.

Tribes of women are advancing the mission:
Fortifying women to be the wives, sisters and leaders
God created us to be.

"And who knows whether you have come into your royal position for such a time as this." ~Esther 4:14

WHO ARE WE?

Tribes of women meeting weekly  for a rugged outdoor workout and real world devotion around the fire.

30 MINUTE WORKOUT

The workout serves as an ice breaker.

We flip tires. We sling sledgehammers!

30 MINUTE DEVOTION

The devotion is raw, vulnerable and real,

reinforcing that we do not struggle alone.

What makes Women’s Alliance different?

Workout groups are everywhere but can feel intimidating for many.

Book studies and small groups are easy to come by but lack long term connections.

Women's Alliance utilizes a unique, tiered approach where women get outside of their physical, emotional and spiritual comfort zones.

The unique approach to tiered advancements means the mission is tangible.

The workouts are rugged. The devotions are real.

Vulnerabilities are shared, shed and left in the fire.

The testimonies of impact are unparalleled.

CALL SIGN

A callsign is given to a tribeswoman as the first tier in the leadership ladder. When the Tribe selects a call sign, it creates comradery and community.

A woman can officially receive her call sign after a minimum of three Tribe gatherings. She knows the Women's Alliance verse and motto.

Most importantly, she belongs

to the tribe and is eligible to lead a fire, workout and devotion.

COIN

The challenge coin represents belonging, dedication and commitment to the Tribe.

A Tribeswoman is eligible to earn her coin when she has memorized the Women’s Alliance Creed and recited it perfectly to the Tribe. She has led a workout, devotion and built the fire. She has recited the Women's Alliance creed flawlessly in front of the Tribe.  Earning the W.A. Challenge Coin is a significant event. It is an honor to carry it and live out the creed daily.

PATCH

The patch is a highly sought after achievement, representing one's loyalty, commitment and beliefs.

It is the highest level of Tribe membership. It signifies that a tribeswoman has devoted herself to living out the Women’s Alliance creed, serving as a leader in her home and community over a long period of time. Most importantly, the patch indicates that a she knows how to give the Gospel of Jesus Christ to others and can answer the hard questions about what Christians believe and why.

 TRIBE TESTIMONIES

What women are saying about Women's Alliance.

Copper Tribe

My tribe that accepts and loves me  unconditionally. My tribe that shows up for me no matter what. I have seen my tribe sisters walk through some pretty rough valleys, but they never walk alone.I have been pushed and challenged in so many ways both mentally and physically that has enabled me to strengthen my relationship with my tribe, friends, and family. I am most grateful that tribe has strengthened my marriage and my walk with Christ.

Once I started attending Women’s Alliance tribe, it gave me purpose, a reason to show up and give my best efforts. I almost instantly gained a group that I could lean on when I struggled and be real with and share my story without judgement. It brought me out of my insecurities and made me more confident as a woman and as a leader. It has helped me to be more disciplined and productive with my time. I love being a part of this unique group of ladies who have so many similarities but are widely different at the same time.

B4 Tribe

Women’s Alliance has profoundly impacted me by providing a supportive space where I feel genuinely welcomed as I am. I don’t need to conform or hide parts of myself to feel accepted. Nothing brings me joy (other than Jesus) more than meeting my Tribe sisters, sweating out our problems and connecting around the fire.

These women SEE me, not just know my story but see me the way God sees me. They challenge and hold me accountable. They motivate me in ways I don't even ask for.

WA opened my eyes to how many

women literally had no one to turn to;

no one to call on in a crisis. We have a society that values careers, material wealth, and status more than relationships. WA has created in me a desire to ensure that all women have another woman that knows them fully.

WA has helped me become

bolder and braver. Knowing that I have my tribe to depend on weekly gives me peace of mind, that no matter how crazy my week gets I always have a safe space to turn to who will remind me who I am in Christ.
